Jen brings three decades of experience transforming more than a thousand service businesses. Her mission is to strengthen organizational health so companies can empower employees and better serve clients.
She accelerates leaders into C-Suite roles, builds cohesive operations, and improves customer experience using her own methodologies including IDEOS™, Aspirations and Business Plan Visualization, Design Thinking, and Productive Collaboration. Her tools, combined with deep intuition and a strong network, consistently elevate People, Productivity, Profitability, and Growth.
Jen has taught her methods at national conferences and has been published in Inc Magazine, Tech Tools for Today’s High-Margin Practice, Liberated CEO, and several trade journals.
Her foundation began early through roles at a John Deere servicing company, M&T Bank’s Quality Control Division, and SUNY Geneseo. She expanded her financial expertise through Boston College MBA coursework, Boston University’s CFP Program, and Northeastern University’s Enrolled Agent Program. Before founding MyVirtualCOO™ in 2007, she helped scale a national multifamily office, a 45 person tax firm, and a 125 person insurance firm.
Jen’s community work includes advisory and volunteer roles with the Brighton YMCA, Brighton Soup Pantry, North Andover Town Finance Committee, MA League of Women Voters, community gardens, and a 2,000 plus advocacy group for public school improvements, along with ongoing support for Feed America and Under the Bridge Homeless.
Her personal world includes two teenagers, a supportive husband, her pup Sparky, reading HBR and authors like Sinek and Brown, psychological thrillers, vegetable gardening, and light workouts that keep her grounded and resilient.
